Welcome to Wilbur & Sabastian's Smokehouse & Bistro in our new location in Port Coquitlam! We have expanded our menu, added a wood smoker, and increased our seating capacity. Our focus remains on serving honest homemade food that everyone can enjoy. We pride ourselves on making most of our items from scratch and sourcing the best local ingredients. Our cooking style can be described as "contemporary slow food" as we believe in taking the time to develop natural flavors through hours of preparation. Our bar-b-qued meats are marinated in apple cider, coated in our own rub, and smoked in our wood smoker. We offer a variety of homemade sauces to complement your preference. We don't represent any specific region, but rather focus on using good local meat and maple wood chunks for smoking.
