The Arena is a private training facility known as Goliath High Performance. It is home to some of the best and brightest professionals in the fitness, rehabilitation, and sports performance industry in #YEG. We offer elite athlete training for professionals, varsity, and youth athletes, personal training for individuals, team training for organizations focused on championships, boot camps, group training, and HITT classes for those looking to put in the work, as well as rehab services including chiropractic treatment, physiotherapy, athletic therapy, massage therapy, and movement prep with our kinesiologists.
