The name refers to both the aesthetic of the restaurant and the importance of grape skins and animal bones in the culinary world. The restaurant offers intimate window seating, a hand-crafted bar, and a relaxed dining room with various seating options. The menu features locally sourced Canadian food inspired by the seasons and a love for eating and drinking. The restaurant also offers a Chef's Tasting Menu for $38 per person, lunch service from Tuesday to Thursday, and Sunday brunch. Additionally, on Sundays from 5-10pm, customers can enjoy Salt Spring Mussels for $10 per pound.
