"180 Secondi" is a unique and innovative assembly-line, fast-paced, casual, self-service artisanal-pizzeria located in mid-town Toronto. It is the first of its kind in Canada, offering customers the opportunity to customize their own 'Neo-Neopolitan'-style pizzas cooked in a stone-hearth oven at temperatures ranging from 800-1200F in just three minutes. In addition to pizzas, the restaurant also offers a wide range of craft beers, wines, gelato, wings, salads, sandwiches, breadsticks, sweet potato fries, and coffees. The concept is driven by the founders' passion for food and their desire to provide a satisfying pizza experience in Toronto.
