Sanctuary Studios

Sanctuary Studios, located at 1259 Frances St in East Vancouver, offers a unique and inspiring music rehearsal experience. With almost 5000 sq/ft of warehouse space, we provide 10 lockout and hourly rehearsal studios. Our Macabre and haunted mansion style decor adds to the ambiance. We have 3 hourly studios available, ranging from 180 sq ft at $18/hr to a 500 sq ft room with a stage, perfect for large bands and pre-show rehearsals, priced at $25/hr. All of our hourly studios come equipped with P.A, mics, drumkit, bass amp, and guitar cabs. Additional equipment such as snare, cymbals, kick pedal, and guitar heads are available at an extra cost. Please note that currently, all lockouts are full and there is a waitlist. For cancellations made between 2-24 hours prior to a scheduled hourly booking, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the booking. Sanctuary Studios is known as Vancouver's sexiest place to rehearse rock n roll, starting from $16/hr.
