"Restaurant Chambre à Part" is a new establishment founded by Stephanie Labelle and Jean-Baptiste Marchand, owners of la Fabrique Bistrot. The concept, developed in collaboration with Jérôme Rouault and Vijay Pillay, focuses on providing local food, fresh flavors, and excellent service. The restaurant, set in a neo-vintage ambiance, was launched in November 2015 after several months of preparation.
