PRO Martial Arts - Waterloo offers karate lessons for children that not only increase their confidence, energy, and spirit but also contribute to their academic achievement and self-respect. Our program focuses on developing strength and fitness in both mind and body. We teach values and discipline to help children conquer their fears and understand that fighting is about overcoming internal challenges. Our curriculum includes techniques from Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do, and Hapkido, and is complemented by a Life Skills Training program that instills quiet confidence, poise, and fulfillment. Additionally, we have an exclusive bullying and predator prevention curriculum called ARMOUR™ to ensure the safety of our students in the real world and online. Since our establishment in March 2016, our dedicated staff has been committed to teaching important life skills and helping children become leaders with confidence.
