The Prince Albert Seniors Advocacy Centre (PASAC) is a project operated by Jubilation Residential Centres Inc. It was initially funded by the federal New Horizons for Seniors Program and currently receives funding from the Community Initiatives Fund, the SaskTel Telcare Employees Trust, SaskTel, and other sources. Since July 1, 2016, PASAC has been receiving core financing from GREEN SHIELD CANADA. PASAC is an internal program of Jubilation Residential Centres Inc., a charitable non-profit company. Donations can be made to Jubilation with a designation for payment to PASAC.
