Prairie Girl Bakery aims to bring the delicious taste of freshly made, old-fashioned cupcakes to the city. Our founder, Jean Blacklock, has a deep love for home baking, which is evident in every bite of our cupcakes. We prioritize using fresh ingredients such as eggs and real butter, and we never include preservatives, hydrogenated fats, or artificial flavors. Additionally, we are committed to never selling "day old" cupcakes. Jean's passion for baking started at a young age on her family's farm in Saskatchewan, and she continued to bake throughout her career in law and wealth management. Prairie Girl Bakery offers a delectable selection of cupcakes and cakes, all made from scratch, to the community of Markham.
