"Pâtisserie Solignac" is a bakery and pastry shop located in Montreal, Canada. Originally opened in 2014 by the Wawel bakery chain, it was the seventh location of the Wawel brand in Montreal. In March 2016, Geoffrey Solignac, who had been the Executive Pastry Chef at Wawel for 7 years, acquired the boutique and transformed it into the first "Pâtisserie Solignac" in Montreal. The shop offers a variety of French and European bakery and pastry products. One of the highlights is the chef's famous Apple Donuts, as well as a rotating selection of flavors based on the seasons. Customers can also enjoy specialties such as the Tarte Elena and the Fruit Macaronade.
