Mushin MMA Fight Club

Mushin MMA Fight Club offers a unique approach to mixed martial arts, combining combat effectiveness with respect, traditions, and personal development. Our recommended approach is a synthesis of traditional martial arts and modern combat sports. We are based at the Serei Martial Arts Academy located in the Rosemont neighborhood of Montreal. Why choose Weekend Warriors? Weekend Warriors is an amateur club for traditional mixed martial arts. The two main instructors have over 40 years of combined experience in traditional martial arts and combat sports. Our approach is unique. We advocate for combat effectiveness and personal growth through martial arts. We refuse to teach techniques that we cannot use in combat with opposition. The atmosphere is playful but serious. The classes are rigorous (2-3 hours) and include conditioning, toughening, technique, and combat. We invite women, men, and teenagers to join us. All levels. Any experience. OSU!!! Mushin MMA is an amateur mixed martial arts club.
