Business Description
La Difference is a family-owned business that started in 1959 with the sale of a wicker wastepaper basket. Over the years, the company expanded its product offerings to include a wide range of handcrafted furniture and home decor items. In 1983, new owners Albert and Gail Zakay introduced contemporary rattan furniture and established an in-house cushion production facility. Robert Mocella joined the company in 1986 and formed a strong partnership with Albert. In 2011, Robert and his wife Anita took over as owners and are dedicated to continuing the legacy of La Difference. The company prides itself on its commitment to quality and creating close relationships with suppliers, customers, and employees. La Difference offers high-quality rattan and wicker furniture to enhance indoor and outdoor spaces with a distinctive charm and inviting atmosphere.
