Iyashi Bedrock Spa

Iyashi Bedrock Spa is a Canadian-owned company that opened in 2008, offering unique Japanese Ganbanyoku (Rock Bathing) spa experiences. The idea came from one of the partners who experienced the benefits of Rock Bathing in Japan and decided to bring it to North America. The spa uses Black Silica stones imported from Japan, which naturally release far infrared rays and negative ions, providing various health benefits such as increased metabolism, stress reduction, pain relief, and detoxification. In addition to Rock Bathing, Iyashi has added Hot Yin Yoga classes and RMT massages to their services. They also offer spa treatments, physiotherapy, and free assessments. Iyashi Bedrock Spa is the only Japanese Ganbanyoku spa in Canada, providing a tranquil and relaxing experience.
