Indian Grill & Banquets is a gourmet east Indian cuisine restaurant that offers vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. Halal food is available upon request, and all dishes are gluten, MSG, additive, and preservative-free. The banquet facility can accommodate up to 125 people and includes a separate entrance, bar, dance floor, overhead projector, screen, and commercial DJ-style music system. The food is served buffet-style, and private booths are available. The venue also features a stunning waterfall and ample free parking. Reservations are highly recommended. The restaurant has been serving Edmonton since 1992 and was founded by Master Chef Mrs Surjit Kapur. The concept of providing home-style, heart-healthy, and reasonably priced food has been successfully passed on to Mrs Amar Beer Kapur, who is now the main executive chef. Indian Grill & Banquets is the first fine dining East Indian eatery in Edmonton with a fusion menu.
