Welcome to Hiitbox, Winnipeg's newest High-Intensity Kickboxing Program! Our experienced Kickboxing Instructors are here to push and train you while ensuring you have a great time. No prior experience is necessary to join Hiitbox Kickboxing, just come with a positive attitude, workout clothes, and a water bottle, and we'll take care of the rest. In addition to kickboxing, we also offer Personal Training, Weight Training, Fitness Training, Boxing Classes, and a variety of Diet, Weight Loss, and Nutrition Plans. Join our culture where training is not only fun but also yields results. Our program is designed to burn fat for up to 24 hours after your workout.
