Galettes des Cèdres

Galettes des Cèdres is a traditional Lebanese bakery located on the South Shore of Montreal. Our owner, hailing from a small village in the mountains of Lebanon, takes great pride in our bakery and recipes. We are pioneers in homemade Lebanese "manouche" bread, which refers to oven-baked flatbreads, in the Montreal area. Each Manouche is expertly crafted and can be customized to your liking. Our dough recipe has been passed down for generations, originating from the owner's grandmother and kept secret in their village. We bake fresh every day, and we invite you to try our Lebanese Duplex pizza, featuring a double crust with zaatar (thyme) seasoning and loaded with four cheeses.
