Full Circle Pizza & Oyster Bar

Full Circle Pizza and Oyster Bar offers more than just wood-fired pizza. With a variety of antipasti, sharing plates, pasta, and entrees, our menu is diverse and delicious. While our pizza is inspired by Italian tradition, we like to put our own twist on it. Instead of using traditional "OO" flour, we use western Canadian wheat, resulting in a fresher and cleaner flavor in our dough. Our toppings are also unique, including a bright green pizza, a golden pizza, and, of course, a classic red pizza. One of our favorites is the Dr. Octo-Pi, featuring braised octopus, corn, seaweed, and bonito flakes. Owned and operated by husband and wife team Amelia and Josh Stoddart, who have extensive experience in the restaurant industry, Full Circle Pizza and Oyster Bar is the culmination of their passion and expertise. After searching for the perfect location for over a year, they were thrilled to secure the lease for the old Benson and Hurst spot, and have transformed the space into a dining experience that truly embodies the concept of full circle.
