Our owner, Anthony, was inspired to start Eh! Panini after a memorable trip to Rome, where he discovered a small Italian restaurant that satisfied his hunger and left a lasting impression. Thus, Eh! Panini was born, combining casual Canadian vibes with traditional Italian charm.
