Double Happiness Projects (DHP)

Double Happiness Projects (DHP) is an artist-run alternative art space that aims to explore emerging art ideas, dichotomies, and boundaries. Since 2017, DHP has been dedicated to supporting the projects of emerging artists and highlighting alternative or underrepresented works, cultural makers, and communities. We believe that the Toronto art scene lacks casual, inclusive, and critical spaces for discourse, especially with rising real estate prices pushing out many galleries. DHP aims to provide a platform for experimental interventions by artists, collaborators, curators, and the public. Our goal is to double the happiness by fostering a vibrant and diverse art community.
