Délices Érable & Cie is a maple products specialty boutique and bistro located in Gastown, Vancouver. As a division of Citadelle Maple Syrup Producers Cooperative, the world's largest maple production and distribution company, we are dedicated to delivering the finest maple syrups and products. Our main focus is not only offering a wide variety of maple products, but also sharing our extensive maple knowledge with our customers. We invite you to come in for a tasting and learn about the history and process of maple, a significant part of Canadian culture. Some of our staff favorites include maple butter, maple vinaigrette, maple pepper, tea, and the always delicious taffy. Whether you enjoy maple on snow, pancakes, ice cream, or in your favorite recipes, we have something that is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Since our relocation to Water Street in Gastown in 2008, we have created a specialty boutique and bistro where customers can sample our products while immersing themselves in the rich history and traditions of maple.
