The Culinary Tourism Alliance is a not-for-profit organization that aims to bridge the gap between the food and travel industries in order to promote the growth of culinary tourism. We work to develop strong relationships between various stakeholders in the industry and act as the leading voice to share Ontario's culinary stories. Our efforts in research, education, and product development are aimed at contributing to Ontario's goal of doubling tourism revenue by 2020 and establishing the province as a leader in the culinary tourism industry.
