The Canadian Institute of Food Safety is dedicated to providing high-quality education and resources on food safety to the general public and numerous food businesses on a daily basis. Our primary objective is to tackle food-related issues in Canada, including food waste, hunger, and most importantly, food-borne illnesses. We firmly believe that the key to achieving these goals lies in offering comprehensive education. Sadly, every year, a significant number of Canadians fall ill and lose their lives due to improper food handling practices, many of which could have been easily prevented. We are determined to make a positive impact by reducing food-borne illnesses in Canada through our commitment to education, promotion, and advocacy for improved food safety.
