Bean There Bistro, located in Vernon, BC, is now under the ownership of Lucas Wiebe and Andrew Robidoux. With a combined experience of over 20 years in the culinary industry, both owners have honed their skills in prestigious establishments such as Delta Lodge at Kananaskis, Island Lake Lodge, Skimmerhorn Winery, and Mike Wiegele’s Heliski Village in Blue River. Lucas kick-started his cooking career at Buffalo Mountain Lodge in Banff and has also worked at Hillside Winery and Island Lake Lodge. In 2005, Lucas obtained his Red Seal Certification. Both Andrew and Lucas firmly believe that the key to great tasting food lies in using fresh and simple ingredients.
