RYUS Ramen&Snack Bar, selected as the first Canadian New Yokohama Ramen Museum, has returned to downtown Toronto! Our new menu features a rich chicken broth made from high-quality Ontario chicken bones, as well as a must-try spicy miso ramen with a special sauce. Additionally, our nostalgic salt ramen combines clear chicken broth with dashi made from dried bonito flakes and dried scallops, along with an abundance of seafood such as dried clams.
